The Stand Still History Report allows you to monitor the Begin Time, End Time, Duration and Address of a vehicle that is running but motionless. The Stand Still will be recorded only if the set Stand Still parameter has been exceeded. The default is 20 min. but can be changed to accommodate your situation.
